1. Scope & Contractual Partner
These General Terms and Conditions govern all sales contracts concluded via the online portal between ComfyPlus Co., Ltd. (4-chome Nakasuji, 8-5, Takarazuka City, Hyogo Prefecture, 665-0874, Japan) and the customer.
2. Order Conclusion & Phone Verification
By submitting an order on the checkout page, the customer submits a binding request for dispatch. Due to the medical nature of our orthopedic braces, our physiotherapy staff will conduct a confirmation call to verify sizing before shipping. The commercial contract is finalized upon physical dispatch of the goods.
3. Prices & Payment (Cash on Delivery)
All listed prices include statutory VAT and applicable sales taxes. Payment is executed strictly via Cash on Delivery (Zahlung bei Erhalt) directly to the courier upon doorstep receipt.
